What are cacao nibs? They are small pieces of crushed cacao beans. A great source of antioxidants and dietary fiber, they are great nutrition-dense snack.
Currently we offer cacao nibs from award winning origin, the Semuleki Forest, Uganda. Cacao is grown organically by smallhold farmers, they sell wet cacao beans to the experienced team of fermenters, who are committed to produce cacao at consistent quality. This is the first origin we directly work with, which means there is no middlemen. This ensures that farmers are paid more money to support their family and bring more value from growing quality cacao.
The cacao nibs are produced in micro-batches at the FDA licensed production facility in Bangkok by Böhnchen & Co. This means, they are always fresh, and you get to enjoy the most intricate complex aroma of cacao beans from this wonderful origin.
