Coconut MCT oil (sourced from coconut, made in Germany)
It is very easy to start including coconut MCT oil in your health journey. Although it is not suitable for cooking, this odorless, flavorless, light oil can be drizzled over any food to add healthy fats. But it is most popularly used in making upgraded coffee or matcha together with ghee, butter, collagen, etc to start an energetic day.
Our Coconut MCT oil consists of C8 & C10 MCTs in a perfect proportion of 60% to 40%. It does not contain any other impurities such as C6 and C12.
So how do you take it? You can just take it with a spoon, or add to your favourite beverages, and drizzle over veggies, eggs, cooked meat, fish, or even sushi. Some even do over pasta or pizza just to add some good fat! Just do not use it as cooking oil, we recommend our Ghee Oil for stir-frying, which has much higher smoking point.
[If you want MCT oil which is easy to dissolve in beverages, try our C8 MCT Powder with acacia fiber!]
