Refund policy

[How to return an item]

I. Introduction
When you buy products at Healtholicious Co. Ltd. Online Shop at www.healtholicious.com, you have the right to return what you bought under two circumstances:
1. The goods you bought are faulty, and you want to return them to Healtholicious(HL) (1) get a replacement or (2) get a refund.
2. You just do not want to keep the goods, and you want to return them to HL to (1) get a replacement or (2) get a full refund.
Please read carefully what steps you need to follow. For more details, go to Terms and Conditions to read the entire agreement.

1. Exchange & Return Policy
II-1 Standard for Returns exclusively applicable for online purchase
a) All returns must be properly packaged so that the packaging will not be damaged.
b) We recommend a registered post which can be tracked, as we cannot be responsible for the loss or damaged goods from the transit.
c) If we find that the goods are tampered and no longer in the original condition, they will be returned at the customer’s expense.
d) We only accept returns of non-faulty goods provided that the goods are in an original, good condition, in the unbroken original packaging.
e) Replacements can take up to 5 working days.
f) Refunds shall be done using the same payment method which was used for the original purchase. (in general Paypal refunds take 3-7 days, Credit card refunds are up to your credit card provider and their terms 3-30 days)
II-2 The following are the limited grounds where returns will take place.
a) The goods you bought are faulty, and you want to return them to Healtholicious (HL) to:
i) get a replacement; or
ii) get a full refund.
b) You just do not want to keep the goods, and you want to return them to HL to:
i) get a replacement; or
ii) get a full/partial refund.
If you have a problem with Healtholicious goods bought elsewhere, please contact the shop where you bought them with a proof of purchase.
II-3 Applicable process when goods are faulty (II.2, a)
If the product is faulty, the following procedure shall apply:
(i) You need to notify HL per email at info@healtholicious.com within seven (7) calendar days after receiving the goods. Please include the following information in order for us to process your request:

  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Contact phone number
  • Order No.
  • Reason(s) of Return
  • Actions required (please let us know whether you want a refund, an alternative product, or a replacement)
  • Fault description in detail, including clearly photographed images of the defect (at least 3 images)

(ii) The Quality Control inspector will inspect the returned goods to determine whether the goods are in the original condition and with documentation. The packaging must be unopened and undamaged.
(iii) If it is approved that the goods are fit to be returned, you will get a full refund or a replacement*.
II-4 Applicable process when goods are unwanted (II.2, b)
If the product is unwanted, the following procedure shall apply:
i) You need to notify HL per email at info@healtholicious.com within 7 calendar days after receiving the goods. Please include the following information in order for us to process your request:

  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Contact phone number
  • Order No.
  • Reason(s) of Return
  • Actions required (please let us know whether you want a refund, an alternative product, or a replacement)

ii) Please wait until the Customer Support Team acknowledges your request. DO NOT SEND THE GOODS YET.
Once your return request is acknowledged, securely wrap and package the goods, together with the printed Email with all the information above.
iii) The Quality Control inspector will inspect the returned goods to determine whether the goods are in the original condition and with documentation. The packaging must be unopened and undamaged. The pearlised gold paper inside the packaging shall not be tampered or removed. This is a condition sine qua non to process return under this Clause.
(a.) If it is approved that the goods are fit to be returned, you will get a full/partial refund, or a replacement. *
(b.) If the inspections reveal that the goods are not fit to be returned, then the goods will be returned to you at your expense (we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of THB 150) or we may charge you a re-stocking fee (20% of the value of the goods).
II-5 Return policy

HL reserves the right to not bear the cost of the returned shipment. Customer may be responsible for shipping cost of returned shipment to HLs warehouse, depending on circumstances.
(* *HL shall not be responsible for lost or damaged goods from this shipment from you to HL)
II-6 Refund policy
Refunds shall be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. However, HL will not refund the shipping cost (if applicable). The customer may need to pay a handling fee of THB 150. In addition, if the goods were sent as 'free shipping,' then HL shall reserve the right to deduct either THB 150 (for standard shipping) or THB 200 (for express shipping) from the amount to be refunded.
II-7 Exchange or replacement policy
HL is willing to exchange or send a replacement in appropriate circumstances. However, item exchanges are subject to product availability. HL will not refund the shipping cost from the prior purchases (if applicable). In additional, if the goods were sent as 'free shipping,' then HL shall reserve the right to deduct either THB 150 (for standard shipping) or THB 200 (for express shipping). The customer shall be responsible for shipping cost of replacement or exchanged goods. Please visit shipping information for more details.

II-8 HL reserves the right to update or modify the terms of the Exchange & Return Policy at any time.
