HEALTHOLICIOUS COCONUT MCT OIL is a popular C8/C10 blend of MCT oil without odor or taste! You can easily take it alone with a spoon, or add to your morning coffee, smoothies, salad dressings or more. You can also sprinkle over your food to add quality fat!

So how do you take it? You can just take it with a spoon, or add to your favourite beverages, and drizzle over veggies, eggs, cooked meat, fish, or even sushi. Some even do over pasta or pizza just to add some good fat! Just do not use it as cooking oil, we recommend our Ghee Oil for stir-frying, which has much higher smoking point.
