[Sugar-free, low-carb, VEGAN, dark chocolate + kombucha-fermented, organic cashew nuts]
The cashew nuts are slightly salty and sour because they had been fermented in home-fermented organic kombucha for a week. Kombucha creates some umami inside thanks to all the organic acids created in the fermentation process. They were then dehydrated and slightly roasted, then coated with our organic, sugar-free, dark chocolate, which we made from scratch, using cocoa beans we roasted, ground and refined together with organic cocoa butter, non-GMO sunflower lecithin and our proprietary low carb sweeteners.
We use the cocoa from different origins for this product, and the chocolate itself has a sweetener equivalent of approx. 72%.
The chocolate is only sweetened with erythritol, inulin and organic monk fruit to keep it as low carb as possible.

[About our chocolate]
Our chocolate is NOT made from melting mass-produced chocolate. Rather, we make it from scratch by using quality certified organic cocoa beans from various origins. The beans are hand-sorted, roasted (to bring out the best flavors and aromas), ground & refined (to create the smooth texture and mouthfeel).
We only use cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sweeteners and non-GMO cold-pressed sunflower lecithin (you can read about it here - it is a great nutritional supplement for your brain!) from Europe.
Keep them cool in the fridge, but the optimal storage temperature is 18-20 degrees, if you have a wine fridge, store there. Best consumed within 3 months.
