You have probably never tasted anything like these. That's right, we have naturally fermented organic cashew nuts with self-brewed kombucha and dehydrated with low-temperature. AND they are coated with sugar-free, craft chocolate by Böhnchen & Co.!
The fermentation process efficiently removes harmful phytic acids in cashew nuts, which can lead to mineral deficiencies in our body. Soaking in water is not enough - fermentation is one of the most effective method in making the food safer for our body.
They were then dehydrated at low temperature, then coated with our organic, sugar-free, dark chocolate. Unlike commercial chocolate, we make ours from scratch, using organic cacao beans which we directly import from the origin. The chocolate is then sweetened with monkfruit extract and non-GMO erythritol to make it low-carb, making it suitable for those who follow low-carb/Paleo diet, and also diabetes diet.

Keep them cool in the fridge, but the optimal storage temperature is 18-20 degrees, if you have a wine fridge, store there. Best consumed within 3 months.
