Our chocolate is from Böhnchen & Co., Bangkok's first FDA-approved bean-to-bar chocolate producer, whose emphasis is on making healthy chocolate with organic cacao beans and low-carb sweeteners without refined sugar. It is so delicious and nutritious, the chocolate is made from scratch from cacao beans, instead of melting commercially made chocolate which contains all kind of unhealthy, unsustainable ingredients.
[About our sweeteners]
It is mainly sweetened by monkfruit extract and non-GMO erythritol, which has zero calorie, zero carb value. This makes it suitable for people who follow low-carb/ketogenic diet, also diabetes who wish to control the blood sugar level. We have made sure to minimize the aftertaste and you would hardly taste any difference to chocolate made with sugar!
[About pili nuts]
Pili nuts are one of the healthiest, low-carb nuts with a lot of healthy fats and minerals. It contains only 4g of carbohydrates in 100g of nuts, and it is rich in many micronutrients most notably Vitamin E, magnesium, manganese and copper. They are wildly harvested on the rich volcanic soil of the Philippines without the use of pesticides. The Government of the Philippines have certified pili nuts to be mycotoxin-free.
