This is the only coconut milk we know in Thailand, which is certified as organic by institutions such as: IFOAM (Italy), USDA (USA), ACO (Australia), EU and JAS (Japan). Merit's coconut farm is located in the valley in Chanthaburi, being one of the largest organic coconut plantation.

It tastes delicious in various cooking such as curry and creamy sauce. The fat content is 17-19%. Substitute dairy cream or milk when making desserts! This is the best coconut milk to make coconut kefir if you have milk kefir grains. It does not separate, and it becomes very creamy coconut kefir.

If you want to use the cream only, just refrigerate and use the solid part only, remove the water.
