NUTTY: we use organic, dwarf hazelnuts from Turkey, which are dark roasted and stone-ground to become smooth paste. Our CHOC CREAM is super nutty because 58% of the cream is from hazelnuts, unlike industrial standard of 13%!
SUGAR-FREE: sadly more than 50% of the commercial chocolate nut spread is made of sugar... the most popular one Tobias used to eat contains 58% sugar, which is absolutely disgusting! Ours has zero added sugar. There is a tiny bit of natural sugar from hazelnuts, but it is sweetened with our proprietary keto sweetener, which consists of non-GMO erythritol and organic monkfruit extract.
REAL CACAO: it is intensely chocolaty because we use both organic cocoa beans and cocoa powder. Organic cocoa beans are from Chiang Mai, Thailand, and organic cocoa powder is from Sri Lanka.
NO PALM OIL: our fat comes from hazelnuts and cacao beans. We do not add any cheap vegetable oil such as palm oil, which is most commonly used in commercially produced chocolate spread.
