Our first flavored ghee with Ceylon chili! Nice and spicy, it goes very well with cooking meats, fish and vegetable.
Our delicious, buttery, home-made grass-fed ghee, is virtually 100% pure butterfat from grass-fed cows’ butter from New Zealand, which is clarified over an open flame slowly to remove the moisture and nearly all casein and lactose. It is the most versatile, multi-use fat, with high smoke point and shelf-stable.
Ghee contains essential fatty acids such as Omega 3 and Omega 6, and rich in Vitamins A, D, E and K. It is one of the highest natural sources of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), which is unique with grass-fed cow’s milk.
No refrigeration is required, but in the fridge, you can keep it up to a year.
