Cookies made with Keto Cookie Mix are soft, chewy, and absolutely delicious. They are also sugar-free, nutrient-dense and tummy-filling, and contain the finest ingredients.
It uses certified-organic Italian almond flour and natural cocoa powder from Sri Lanka as the base. Organic Italian almond flour is FREE from harmful glyphosate (pesticides) and propylene oxide (used during the pasteurization process), which are both commonly found cancer-causing chemicals found in almond from cheap sources.
Simply add 2 eggs (flax eggs for vegan option) and a 1/4 cup of ghee (coconut oil for vegan option), plus your favourite toppings to make them the most irresistible cookies ever. It takes less than 15 minutes to bake them. Ready?
How to make cookies
Preheat the oven to 165°C. Whisk 2 large eggs and 1/4 cup of ghee/oil together in a bowl and combine it well with a bag of Cookie Mix . Stir in your favourite toppings (e.g. nuts and chocolate). Spoon batter onto the non-stick (or greased) baking sheet. Bake them for 10 minutes. Cool for 3 minutes on the tray, then transfer to a cooling rack. Eat within 3 days or freeze them. It will only take 15-20 minutes to defrost, and you can keep them frozen for 6 months.
Tips: better undercooked than overcooked. If you overbaked your cookies and got dry, don't worry, once you cool it, it will be slightly more moist. Or you dip it into milk or tea. You can also cut them into small pieces and add them to yoghurt or ice cream.
Strongly recommended to bake them with inclusions such as chocolate and nuts.
