Unlike tasteless desiccated coconut flakes sold everywhere, here you can get full fat (approx. 64% fat contents) natural coconut flakes, which are perfect to be used for every day baking, cereals and nibbling. It is dehydrated under low temperature so if you want the extra nuttiness, roast them until lightly brown!
Our coconut flour is also made from defatted coconut flesh (USDA/ACO etc), milled to fine flour. Suitable for non-gluten baking but please note, coconut flour requires a lot more liquid in baking, and it is not recommended to substitute 100% flour.
